Something on your site is quietly broken.
It usually is. Send us your URL and we'll run a FREE 27-point check - security, speed, accessibility, SEO - and tell you what's wrong, what can wait, and what's fine.
No pitch. No obligation.
Most maintenance companies can run your updates. What they often can't do is fix what an update breaks - that gets escalated, quoted as extra, or called out of scope. We're developers. We've spent 21 years building the exact things that go wrong on websites, so fixing them is simply part of the work.
You should be focused on running your business and building relationships - not chasing plugin updates, backups and the technical problems that pile up quietly until the day they don't. That's our job. Hand it over.
Read more about WordPress maintenanceAnyone can run a plugin update. The real question is what happens when one of them breaks something. A maintenance service logs it and passes it along. We build these sites for a living - so fixing what broke isn't an escalation, it's just the work.
Before we take anything on, we look at how your site is actually built - the theme, the plugins, what's been customized, where the weak spots are. So when you need something changed or fixed, we're working from an understanding of your specific site, not guessing our way around a stranger's code.
A botched plugin update, an accidental change, a security scare - with regular backups of your database and files, none of these becomes a catastrophe. We can roll it back and have you running again quickly, instead of rebuilding from memory.
Keeping a site updated, backed up and secure is time-consuming, a little tedious, and easy to forget until it bites. The real thing a care plan buys you isn't software - it's never having to hold any of that in your head again.
A single day of downtime on a store that sells online costs more than a year of the Lite plan. A malware cleanup runs $500–$2,000 - if the damage can be reversed at all. Set against that, a care plan isn't a cost. It's the cheapest insurance your business has.
Get a free Health Check first and see where you actually stand. If your site's in good shape, we'll tell you that.
